This video also shows that the process is easy and non-threatening––shifting to and from the altered state is barely discernible to the viewer. This is similar to the channeling that I do, except that mine comes through multiple Teachers and, even though I “hear” them, it comes through in typed words.

I would recommend reducing your visual distraction by listening with your eyes closed after she enters the altered state.
