On twenty Saturday mornings every summer, I sit at my little book table at the Cook County Market. I’ve been doing that for ten years. I don’t sell a lot of books but I do make good connections and have a fair number of interesting conversations.

Sometimes, people are already there with me on mediumship, multi-dimensional realities, and Universal Love. This is delightful. Other people are curious, and something clicks when they connect these ideas with their own experiences. Then there are the religious followers. I see them shrink back into themselves when I describe where my transmissions come from. Some of them consider this the devil’s work (one even grabbed the cross on her necklace and held it out menacingly between us).

There are thousands of religions in the world. They all encourage Love, compassion, and prayer. It is not possible that just one of those religions has a lock on God. There are also plenty of Godly people who do not belong to any religion.

What is God, anyway? As a word, it comes heavily laden with cultural baggage and has sometimes been used as a human weapon to harm people. But it’s still just a word. The Teachers have asked me to use it because it strikes a universal chord deep within us, which substitutes do not.

In general, we tend to think of God as an entity––we create an image of God in our own likeness and then give this image human traits. God is much much much bigger than that. In order to grasp this, we have move our perspective and leave behind the anthill of human activity, take ourselves off the Earth, out of our solar system, beyond the Milky Way, and join the mystery of the infinitely unknowable Universe.

Universal Wisdom:  God is a force, a form of energy. God is all of the energies of living combined. Not just human, but all living combined. And not just the present, but all lifetimes and layers combined. God is very powerful in this way. God is all of the knowing and also all of the unknowing, all of the action and all of the action not taken. It is why what you choose to think and feel and do is so important––it all adds up into the whole which is God. It is constantly being formed.*

This energy field is all-inclusive. We are in it, whether we are aware of that or not. With practice we can consciously connect there.

A’riquea:  As you know, God is not an entity or a personality––those are human constructs. God is energy. It is the energy of One Love, the movement of Life Force, the white light of Pure Radiance. It is beyond your capacity to comprehend in human form….That does not mean that you cannot experience God while you are in human form. You can, and you must. That is your Purpose––to find God’s Pure Love on Earth. To use your physical form to move God energy through yourself and others….This energy movement is what is needed in the Universe.**

God is bigger than anything we can ever understand with our brains, but it is something we can feel. We can feel it, embody it, and move it. This is our purpose.
