I’ve often been asked how I avoid negative entities while channelling. I wonder if this question is based on media portrayal of altered states, where there are always monsters to be fought off? I’ve long thought that if there are ‘monsters’ in the zone then they are probably my own unhealed issues and it would be better to work with them than fight them. I’ve never experienced negative entities while channelling––only the positive and supportive guidance of the Teachers.

In the physical world there seem to be plenty of examples of negative entities: people choosing actions that create harm for others. As soon as the word ‘evil’ is used, however, we jump to religious judgment and then we’re dealing with human-made categories.

God vs Satan, Good vs Evil, Love vs Love Hidden. How can we better understand this?

Universal Wisdom:  These are weighty subjects, but only because you are filtering the information through the lens of human thought and action. Of course, these questions create the need to understand this, so they are a good place to start. But this is not the realm where the question is answered.

The answer to the question of good and evil is found in the nature of the Universe, which contains but is not limited to human energy. As you know, the Universe is the Everything, It contains all possibilities without limits.

God is as a force within those possibilities. God is the energy which drives the creation of the Universe, an ongoing process. The energy of creation is a feminine energy. It is expansive, inclusive, and creative. Everyone has this potential. It is best described in humans by the growing of a whole new person within the creative processes of a woman’s body.

There is also masculine energy in the Universe. Masculine energy is focused, exclusive, and destructive. Destruction is required to balance creation. In every creative process there is also an element of destruction. Something has to change form in order for something else to become.

It’s like remodeling your house. There has to be the process of taking down (destroying) what is there before something new can be built. It’s very messy before it’s useable and beautiful. In Nature, a forest fire has to blacken the earth before pine cones can seed and blueberries can flourish.

The same is true with the pregnancy example. Parts of the woman’s body have to break down and shift and change in order for the new process to succeed. So, you see, both creation and destruction are necessary in any kind of growth.

We can use a tidal wave as another example. The Earth as a whole needs to grow and change in order to heal and be vital. An earthquake is a release of built up tension. When it occurs near water there will be waves caused by this shock. Since ancient times, these waves served the purpose of bringing nutrients from the sea onto the land and creating fertile ground. There are now many humans on the planet, and many are affected when such a thing occurs. The occurrence of the tidal wave is not bad or good, it just is. The effects are positive or negative depending on your perspective.
