From the beginning of my journey into channeling, the Teachers have made it clear that this is not some special skill that only I have access to––many of their teachings encourage everyone to practice opening and making the connections themselves. We have this ability to connect beyond the five senses coded into our DNA. In our embrace of concrete thinking, technology, and consumerism we have lost sight of it. But it is still there. It is a crucial link in the collective survival of humanity and the planet. It needs our attention and effort.
The Library Man: Be careful about the ‘magic wand’ approach to spiritual care and healing. People in the West have this idea that everything they need to grow spiritually comes from outside them. It’s a commodity to be acquired just like everything else.
We can tell when someone is putting open-ended energy into their question, and we look forward to working with them on it. This works best when the questioner also puts energy into it. Think about your “problem” during the time between asking and receiving. You could think about your fears, why this hard for you to solve, and/or how the answer could help you.
You will not be able to hear the answer if you are not listening. Listening looks different to different people, but it generally involves quiet time away from distractions. Sustained time away. Hopefully in Nature, where there is no time constraint on something that is outside of time.
This will be the way you connect––through the sharing of vibration. Energy. Make sure you are attuned, standing in the echo, when you have these conversations. It’s about being correctly aligned to the purpose and the presence.
