I’ve been feeling worn down by, well, everything. I was entering into the realm of depression––feeling emotionally flat and crying for no particular reason. I turned to the Teachers for support:

The Women’s Collective:  We know that this is a hard time. It’s a hard time for a lot of people. You see your quality of life slipping away. This is the time you live in. It is not the first time you have experienced this, so some of your sadness is very old grief.  It is new grief layered on old grief. Some of the old grief is from this lifetime.

The constant surfacing of the Epstein information, with survivors testifying, is important but it has also  been re-traumatizing.

Women everywhere are being re-traumatized by this. It is an individual pain, but it is also a cultural pain. It is one of many cultural pains that those in power would like to ignore and deny. It is a dying time for the old ways, and those holding power will not go without a fight. You, and everyone else, are chipping away at the facade of their unearned respect and power. Unearned in the sense that it is not connected in any way to the betterment of the people they serve.

It is okay to take a break when you need it. But everyone must stand tall and proud, holding up the banners of dignity and humanity. It is easy to get distracted by the hopelessness of it. Reclaiming your power is actually a way to feel better about what is happening. You understand this, you have only forgotten it.

Practicing gratitude is not just about being thankful for what you have, it is also being strong in what you deserve, what is right. Of course we are talking about what is in alignment with the Universe, standing in the echo of All That Is. To regain your center you must re-discover that alignment. Go and spend the rest of the day in Nature, and you will find this alignment. It is waiting for you.

Does that also help with the grief of other lifetimes?

It does. You do not need to know all the details of these other lifetimes. What you need to know is how it feels to be out of alignment (where you are now) and then how it feels to be in alignment.

Alignment is an energy vibration. It is an attunement. It is a connection, and an embodiment of that connection. There is not some magical technique or guaranteed process to get there. It is a feeling. Once you have experienced this, you can come back to it again and again. Fully in your body and also expanded beyond it into the cosmos. They are not two separate things, of course. It is the alignment of inner and outer that creates a harmonic.

This is not something that outside forces can take away from you, unless you give it away. It belongs to you, it is your birthright and your destiny. It is the place you come from when you come into the world and it is the place you return to when your time in an Earth body comes to an end. Like bookends. Your work is to embody that same vibration while you are here, to make a seamless connection of vibration between the two, so that it is all One. Regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in while you are here, this is your work.

To be clear, we do not mean “work” as in toil and drudgery. Work is something that is the creative process of shifting from one thing to another. The more you do it, the better you will feel, the freer you will be, the more support you will receive. It may feel like “work” at the beginning. Eventually it becomes a Joy. En-Joy (with Joy) is your natural state. Un-Joy is not.
