“Humans pray and prayer fashions humans. The saint has themself become prayer, the meeting-place of Earth and Heaven; and thereby they contain the universe and the universe prays with them. They are everywhere where nature prays, and they pray with nature and in nature: in the peaks which touch the void and eternity, in a flower which scatters its scent or in the carefree song of a bird.
They who live in prayer have not lived in vain.”
~Frithjof Schuon / Nur al-Din ‘Isa, Spiritual Perspectives and Human Fact

Thanks Jennifer for your writing. I met you on Saturday of Labor Day weekend this year, at the farmers market. I bought your book traveling light. I am enjoying it and going to explore channel writing. This post, I will focus my channel writing today on prayer. I really enjoy songwriting and wonder if there’s a way I can do channel songwriting. If you are interested in doing any meetings over zoom, I am happy to host the meeting if people are interested and that’s a possibility.
